This proposed rule would amend the Requirements Related to Surprise Billing; part I (July 2021 interim final rules), Requirements Related to Surprise Billing Interim Final Rules; part II (October 2021 interim final rules), and Requirements Related to Surprise Billing; Final Rules (August 2022 final rules) which set forth requirements related to Title I (No Surprises Act (NSA)) and Title II (Transparency) of Division BB of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021.
