Title: ●Technical Amendments: Special Financial Assistance 
Abstract:

This proposed rule would make technical corrections, clarifications, and improvements to the restrictions and conditions under PBGC's regulation on Special Financial Assistance by PBGC.  It would also repeal a provision enabling plans that received SFA to request reallocation of employer contributions to pay for health benefits costs.
