| Title: ●Improving and Eliminating Regulations; Limit of Exposure to Diesel Particulate Matter in Underground Metal and Nonmental Mines | |
|
Abstract:
The Mine Safety and Health Administration proposes to revise 30 CFR part 57 by removing outdated requirements for miners' exposures to diesel particulate matter in underground metal and nonmental mines. These revisions would streamline the requirements for diesel particulate matter for underground metal and nonmetal mine operators while maintaining the same level of protections for miners. |
