| Title: ●Trolleys | |
|
Abstract:
The Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) is proposing to rescind and revise provisions for metal and nonmental mines and coal mines regarding the use of trolleys for transportation of mined ore, coal, material, and personnel. Trolleys are an outdated technology that has been replaced by more efficient belt conveyor systems, and mobile diesel and battery-operated equipment and are no longer used in metal and nonmetal and coal mines. |
