Abstract: The Department published a Request for Information regarding the application of title IV of the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act (LMRDA) in the context of Internet balloting in union officer elections. The Department will review and consider the public responses to the RFI to determine whether to initiate regulatory action in the future.
