Title: Form T-1: Reports by Labor Organizations on Related Organizations 
Abstract:

On March 6, 2020, the Department published a final rule establishing a Form T-1, Trust Annual Report, which certain labor organizations must file to disclose financial information regarding trusts in which they are interested pursuant to the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act (LMRDA). This rulemaking will propose to rescind the Form T-1.
