Abstract:

The Department intends to publish notice and comment rulemaking making to revise the definition of minor child, as that term that appears in 29 CFR 404.1(h) and on the Form LM-30 Labor Organization Officer and Employee Report, by reducing the defined age from under 21 years to under 18 years.
