On January 21, 2025, President Trump issued Executive Order 14173, Ending Illegal Discrimination and Restoring Merit-Based Opportunity, which revoked Executive Order 11246. Accordingly, OFCCP is proposing to rescind its regulations implementing Executive Order 11246 found at 41CFR part 60-1 et seq. |
