Abstract:

OFCCP is proposing changes to its implementing regulations for the Vietnam Era Veterans' Readjustment Assistance Act of 1974 (VEVRAA), as amended. The proposed changes would align these regulations with E.O. 14173 and introduce additional updates to the VEVRAA program.
