Title: Benefits Review Board Electronic Case Filing | |
Abstract:
This rule amends sections of the Benefits Review Board’s regulations to require represented parties to use the Department’s enterprise electronic case filing portal for filing documents. In addition, registered users are deemed to have agreed to accept service of process through the Department’s electronic case filing system. This rule allows for represented parties to seek an exemption from these requirements upon a showing of good cause. These regulatory amendments will reduce costs, improve efficiency, and reduce case processing times. |
