Title: Employees' Compensation Appeals Board Electronic Case Filing | |
Abstract:
This rule amends sections of the Employees' Compensation Appeals Board's regulations to require represented parties to use the Department's enterprise electronic case filing portal for filing documents. This rule allows for represented parties to seek an exemption from this requirement upon a showing of good cause. These regulatory amendments will reduce costs, improve efficiency, and reduce case processing times. |
