Title: Aliens Inadmissible Under the Immigration and Nationality Act--Unlawful Voters 
Abstract: This rule authorized by the Child Citizenship Act of 2000, Public Law 106-395, amends the Department's visa regulations by adding an exception to the grounds of inadmissibility for aliens who have voted in violation of U.S. law.
