Title: ●Board of Appellate Review: Review of Loss of Nationality 
Abstract: This interim final rule would eliminate the regulations in 22 CFR part 7 and the Department's Board of Appellate Review (L/BAR) established by such regulations. The rule would also amend 22 CFR 50.51 by removing references to L/BAR and authorizing on a discretionary basis an alternative review of loss of nationality determinations by the Department.
