Title: Amendment to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations: North Korea
Abstract: This final rule will update policy toward North Korea. North Korea remains a prohibited destination in accordance with 22 CFR 126.1(a). However, North Korea is deleted from 22 CFR 126.1(d) as a country that repeatedly provided support for acts of terrorism.
