Abstract: 22 CFR part 8 implements the Federal Advisory Committee Act for the Department of State. This rule was last revised in 1975. This rulemaking deletes part 8. The Department of State's implementing guidance and policy for FACA will be contained in the Foreign Affairs Manual.
