Title: Amendment to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations: Canadian Firearms Components Exemption 
Abstract: The Department of State is amending section 123.17 of the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) to reflect a provision contained in section 520 of Public Law 112-55, which exports of certain firearms components to Canada with a total transaction value not exceeding $500 from the requirement to obtain a license under the ITAR.
