Abstract:
The Department of State proposes to amend the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) to require temporary import licenses (DSP-61) only for those defense articles enumerated on the United States Munitions List Import (USML-I), as administered by the Attorney General under the direction of the Department of Justice's Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives. |
