Title: Amendment to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations: Revision of U.S. Munitions List Category XI 
Abstract:

As part of the President's Export Control Reform effort, the Department of State proposes to amend the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) to revise Category XI (military electronics) of the U.S. Munitions List (USML) to more accurately describe the articles within the category in order to establish a clear distinction between the USML and the Commerce Control List for the control of these articles.
