Title: Publication, Coordination, and Reporting of International Agreements: Amendments 
Abstract: The Department of State is proposing to update the regulations implementing 1 U.S.C. section 112a to exempt certain categories of agreements from publication in the Treaties and Other International Acts series: (1) Acquisition and Cross Servicing Agreements governing the mutual exchange of logistics support, supplies and services with the military of certain countries or international organizations; (2) Agreements relating to the reciprocal provision of medical care to military personnel stationed in the other party's territory; and (3) Agreements governing the reduction of intergovernmental debts.
