Title: Amendment to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations: Central African Republic 
Abstract: The Department of State is amending the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) to provide the defense trade policy regarding the Central African Republic to reflect resolutions 2127 and 2134 adopted by the United Nations Security Council. On December 5, 2013, the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) adopted resolution 2127, which provides for an arms embargo against the Central African Republic, with certain exceptions as enumerated. On January 28, 2014, the UNSC adopted resolution 2134, which extended the embargo, and added European Union forces to the list of exceptions to the embargo. The Department of State is adding ITAR section126.1(u) to implement the embargo.
