Title: ●Amendment to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations: Corrections, Clarifications, Movement of Definitions, and Changes to Delegation of Authority 
Abstract:

In an effort to streamline, simplify and clarify the recent revisions to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) made pursuant to the President's Export Control Reform (ECR) initiative, the Department of State is amending the ITAR as part of the Department of State's retrospective plan under Executive Order 13563 completed on August 17, 2011. In addition, the Department of State is amending the ITAR to reflect revisions to the delegation of authorities under the ITAR within the Bureau of Political-Military Affairs, to provide clarification to revisions to debarments under the ITAR made by Federal Register notice 78 FR 52680, August. 26, 2013, and correct an omission of a conforming change therein.
