Abstract:

The Department of State proposes to modify the DSP-94 form instructions by removing any reference of paper-based processing to reflect electronic submissions. This anticipated change is in compliance with section 6(a) of Executive Order 13659 Streamlining the Export/Import Process for America's Businesses.
