Title: Passports: Official Passports for Non-Employee Law Enforcement Officials Supporting the Federal Government 
Abstract:

This rule amends the passport rules for Consular Services to authorize issuing an official passport to an official or employee of a State, local, tribal, or territorial government traveling abroad to carry out official duties in support of the U.S. government when authorized by the Department of State.
