Abstract:

The Department of State (DOS) proposes to amend the Department of State Acquisition Regulation (DOSAR) to incorporate the requirement that DOS contractors performing services at Department facilities or using Department e-mail resources identify themselves as contractors to avoid any confusion when dealing with the public or in Department meetings.
