Title: Exchange Visitors: Interns and Trainees 
Abstract:

This proposed rule will update the Department's rules regarding the intern and trainee portion of the Exchange Visitor Program, in accordance with the Fulbright-Hays Act, and to better align the program with the public diplomacy purposes of the Act and the Exchange Visitor Program.
