Title: Visas: Nonimmigrant Visa Medical Exam 
Abstract:

The Department is revising 22 CFR 41.108 to reflect that all K visa applicants undergo medical examinations. Further amendments would allow State and CDC to identify groups of nonimmigrant visa applicants that require medical examinations via separate public notice.
