Abstract:
This notice of proposed rulemaking would amend regulations at 22 CFR 41.31 to ensure a more rigorous implementation of INA 101(a)(15)(B), consolidate in a regulation standards set out in current Department guidance, and improve the clarity and transparency of the Department’s B visa-related standards. In some respects, this rule would change policies. |
