Abstract:

Taking into consideration the over 10,000 comments in response to the au pair NPRM (88 FR 74071) the Department of State plans to publish a new NPRM to, among other things, address childcare hours, compensation, host family and au pair agreements, stronger au pair protections, and provide additional education options.
