Abstract:
The Department of State proposes to amend its regulation governing immigrant visas by removing a subparagraph that currently anticipates consular officers abroad adjudicating Special Immigrant Juvenile visas. A 1997 law limited Special Immigrant Juvenile status to individuals present in the United States. |
