Title: International Traffic in Arms Regulations: Corrections and Clarifications for Export and Reexport; Canadian Exemptions; Exemptions Regarding Intra-Company, Intra-Organization, and Intra-Governmental T 
Abstract:

The Department of State is amending the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) to clarify the definitions of export and reexport. Further, the Department is replacing the term national” with person” in the Canadian exemptions; revising the exemption for intra-company, intra-organization, and intra-governmental transfers to dual or third country nationals; and correcting administrative errors in the section on voluntary disclosures.
