Abstract:
The Department of State is amending Case Act requirements to implement recent changes in 1 U.S.C. 112b, as amended, popularly known as the Case-Zablocki Act, on the reporting to Congress and publication of international agreements and qualifying non-binding instruments and related coordination with the Secretary of State. This rule implements changes reflected in section 5947 of the FY 2023 National Defense Authorization Act (Pub. L. 117-263). |
