Abstract:

The Department of State is publishing an advanced notice of proposed rulemaking requesting public comments on increasing the maximum deductible for health insurance for all exchange visitors and their dependents, if any. Additionally, the Department is requesting comments on a change to the coverage requirements from per accident or illness to per contract.
