Abstract:
The Department proposes to amend regulations at 22 CFR part 42 governing the Diversity Immigrant Visa Program to require petitioners to provide valid, unexpired passport information on their electronic entry form. The Department will also propose to synchronize all language in this chapter to reflect the use of the term sex,” as directed Section 2, paragraph (a) in Executive Order 14168, "Defending Women from Gender Ideology Extremism and Restoring Biological Truth to the Federal Government.” |
