Abstract:
The Department of State’s regulation implementing Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 for services, programs or activities conducted by the Department was promulgated 30 years ago, and has not been updated. This rule provides updates in terminology, as well as substantive updates necessitated by caselaw and changes to the relevant statutes. |
