Title: ●Department of State Acquisition Regulations – Streamlining updates to DOSAR and integration of deviations and clauses from DOSAM  
Abstract:

The Department is proposing updates to its DOSAR to rescind unneeded provisions, update office symbols and procedures, integrate public-facing provisions of the Acquisition Manual into the DOSAR, and reconcile the DOSAR with FAR changes that are expected to be proposed by the FAR Council pursuant to EO 14275 of April 15, 2025.
