Abstract:

The Department will publish a Temporary Final Rule (TFR) to initiate a visa bond pilot program (Pilot Program) to assess the operational feasibility of posting, processing, and discharging visa bonds, in coordination with the Department of Treasury (Treasury) and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
