Abstract:
Part 18 contains rules governing disciplinary action against a former officer or employee of the Department of State, including the Foreign Service, because of a violation of post employment conflict of interest prohibitions. Such disciplinary action could include prohibition from practice before the Department of State and any component thereof as defined in Part 18. In accordance with EO 14219, 22 CFR part 18 will be repealed in its entirety. |
