Pursuant to EO 14219, the Department of State is amending contract clauses to reflect the best reading of underlying authority: 652.206-70 (Advocate for Competition/Ombudsman); 652.236-71 (Foreign Service Buildings Act, as Amended); 652.236-72 (Statement of Qualifications for the Omnibus Diplomatic Security and Antiterrorism Act); and 652.243-70 (Notices relating to the contract).
