| Abstract: The proposed 32,624-acre Inwood Valley viticultural area is located in Shasta County, east of Redding in northern California. It is a geographical and climatic transition zone between the Sierra Nevada Range to the east and the Sacramento Valley to the west. The area includes 60 acres of commercial viticulture. Distinguishing features include geology, geography, climate and, to a lesser extent, vegetation. | |
