Abstract:

The Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau proposes to establish the 306,650-acre "Lewis-Clark Valley" viticultural area in Nez Perce, Lewis, Clearwater, and Latah Counties in Idaho and Asotin, Garfield, and Whitman Counties in Washington.
