| Title: Proposal to Allow for the Use of Molasses and Grain in Wine | |
|
Abstract:
In response to petitions, the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) is proposing amendments to its wine regulations to obtain comment on removing the prohibition on the use of grain, cereal, malt, and molasses as ingredients in wine. Such change would provide greater flexibility to wine makers in the production of their products. |
