Title: Consideration of Updates to Trade Practice Regulations Category Management and Shelf Plans 
Abstract:

The Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) is seeking public comment on proposed revisions to the trade practice regulations issued under the Federal Alcohol Administration Act to update the regulations regarding the provision of category management services and shelf plans by an industry member to a retailer. This rulemaking also responds to industry member requests for clarifying updates to the regulations.
