Title: Definition of Dependent Under Section 152 
Abstract:

Amendments to sections 1.151 and 1.152, to reflect changes to the law made by the Working Families Tax Relief Act of 2004 (Public Law 108-311) the Fostering Connections to Success and Increasing Adoptions Act of 2008 (Public Law 110-351), and later legislation including the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (Public Law 115-97). Also, amends sections 1.2, 1.3, 1.21, 1.31, 1.63, 1.6013 and 301.6109 to reflect current law.
