Title: ●Securities Borrowing Transactions
Abstract: As part of the OCC's ongoing efforts to develop and refine capital standards to ensure the safety and soundness of the national banking system and to implement statutory requirements, the OCC is amending various provisions of the capital rules for national banks. The change involves changes to securities borrowing transactions. The OCC is conducting this rulemaking jointly with the other Federal banking agencies.
