| Abstract: The OCC revised its regulations governing the release of non-public OCC information set forth in 12 CFR part 4, subpart C. The primary change clarifies that the OCC's decision to release a suspicious activity report (SAR) would be governed by the standards set forth in proposed amendments to the OCC's SAR regulation, 12 CFR part 21.11(k), which was published contemporaneously with the part 4 proposal. | |
