Title: ●OTS Integration; Dodd-Frank Act Implementation 
Abstract: The OCC will propose to amend its regulations governing organization and functions, availability and release of information, and post-employment restrictions for senior examiners (12 CFR part 4); and assessment of fees (12 CFR part 8) to incorporate the transfer of certain functions of the Office of Thrift Supervision to the OCC pursuant to title III of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, Public Law 111-203 (2010). The OCC also is proposing amendments to its rules at 12 CFR parts 5 and 28 pursuant to other provisions of this Act relating to national banks and Federal branches and agencies of foreign banks.
