Title: Loans in Areas Having Special Flood Hazards 
Abstract:

The OCC, FRB, FDIC, FCA, and NCUA proposed revisions to their regulations regarding loans in areas having special flood hazards to implement provisions of the Biggerts-Waters Flood Insurance Reform Act of 2012 relating to private flood insurance, escrow accounts, and force-placed insurance.  This proposal also included amendments to integrate the OCC's flood insurance rules for national banks and Federal savings associations.
