Abstract:

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation are proposing to modernize the capital requirements applicable to Category I and II depository institution holding companies and depository institutions, as well as revise the market risk capital framework for banking organizations with significant trading activity.
