| Title: Removal of Department of Homeland Security Acquisition Regulation Clause 3052.219-70, Small Business Subcontracting Plan Reporting | |
|
Abstract:
DHS will propose to remove HSAR clause 3052.219-70, Small Business Subcontracting Plan Reporting, as the requirements of this clause duplicate the requirements in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clause 52.219-9, Small Business Subcontracting Plan. DHS will propose to remove this unnecessary regulation as part of DHS’s regulatory reform efforts. DHS is not expecting deregulatory cost savings as a result of this action. |
