Abstract:
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is proposing to amend its regulations to increase operational efficiencies, and to deter the fraudulent, frivolous, or otherwise non-meritorious filing of asylum applications for the purpose of obtaining Employment Authorization Documents (EADs) in the (c)(8) EAD category. |
